About Razvan
I have more than 20 years of experience in container shipping and logistics across Hapag-Lloyd and A.P. Moller–Maersk, including senior regional leadership responsibility across South Europe.
My background is in customer experience, operations, performance management, transformation and leadership across multiple countries and cultures. Over the years, I have recruited, interviewed, developed and managed professionals at different levels of the shipping organization.
